Anthonia is an experienced and qualified Manager for People and Culture and a member of the Leadership team (LT) at Sahel Consulting Agriculture and Nutrition Limited.

She has 14 years of experience in strategic planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and change management, gleaned from working in FMCG, Telecommunications, Finance, and Consulting sectors. Anthonia has a proven track record in the formulation and implementation of effective processes to drive competitive growth. Prior to joining Sahel Consulting, Anthonia worked as the Head of Human Resources and Consulting department at top tier consulting firm, where she led a team of consultants to review HR operations and policies across multiple organisations in the public sector. Her journey in HR has taken her through various roles and assignments from outsourcing, people development, research & development, leadership and team management, regulatory compliance and strategic planning.

Anthonia had her first degree from Obafemi Awolowo University and has an MBA in Human Resource Management from the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. She is a certified professional in Human Resources-International (PHRi), a PROSCI certified Change Manager, a professional member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Nigeria (CIPMN), and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Partnering with other LT members, she is responsible for driving optimum employee engagement in the firm, through the development and implementation of people-focused policies brings her valuable HR experience to ensuring that Sahel continues to attract and develop great talents, to take on the challenge of Food Security in Africa and the world.

She leads a team of dynamic and strategic human resource professionals who are dedicated to building a high-performing, diverse, visionary team that will deliver on existing projects and drive the expansion of Sahel’s initiatives across the African continent.

Adedolapo Adeseye is an accomplished finance and tax executive with extensive expertise in shaping financial strategy, strengthening governance structures, and driving operational excellence across the agriculture, manufacturing, and professional services sectors.

As Chief Financial Officer of Sahel Consulting Agriculture & Nutrition Limited, and concurrently for its non-profit affiliate, the African Food Changemakers Institute Ltd/GTE, Dolapo leads the design and stewardship of the organisation’s financial architecture. He ensures fiscal discipline, transparent fund management, and effective resource allocation, providing the foundation for sustainable growth and impact. Under his leadership, the firm has successfully managed and deployed multi-million-dollar investments that continue to accelerate Nigeria’s agricultural transformation agenda.

Renowned for his analytical rigour, strategic foresight, and calm leadership style, Dolapo is recognised as a trusted advisor to boards, partners, and stakeholders. He combines disciplined execution with visionary thinking, consistently inspiring confidence and enabling teams to deliver on ambitious mandates.

Dolapo holds an MBA from Lagos Business School, is a Chartered Accountant, a Chartered Tax Practitioner, and a certified FP&A professional.

Omobolaji Etti is an accomplished digital transformation and technology leader with over 14 years of experience driving innovation, operational efficiency, and business growth across the agriculture, construction, finance, and advertising sectors.

As Head of Information Technology at Sahel Consulting Agriculture & Nutrition Limited, Bolaji leads the organization’s digital strategy and technological infrastructure, ensuring that innovation and efficiency underpin Sahel’s mission to transform Africa’s agriculture and nutrition landscape. Concurrently, he oversees the technology operations and support systems of its non-profit affiliate, the African Food Changemakers Institute Ltd.

In these roles, Bolaji spearheads initiatives to enhance internal communications, streamline operational processes, and improve data-driven decision-making. By aligning technology with business strategy, he ensures that digital transformation remains a key driver of organizational performance and sustainability.

Before joining Sahel, Bolaji held progressive roles across leading technology and digital firms, including IT Officer at Skylinks Satellite Communications Limited, Digital Marketing Officer at Shixels Studios Limited, and Digital Marketing Executive at Worldbay Technologies Limited. In each role, he demonstrated a strong ability to integrate technology solutions that enhanced efficiency, collaboration, and brand visibility.

Bolaji holds dual Master’s degrees, an MBA and an MSc in Digital Transformation from Nexford University, Washington, D.C., and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Babcock University. He has complemented his academic foundation with several professional certifications in IT infrastructure, network management, digital marketing, IT service management, and Turning Strategies to Action, including credentials from NIIT, GNT, TTC Mobile, Axelos (ITIL), Google (Coursera), and Lagos Business School.

As a Graduate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and Certified Digital Skills Trainer recognized by the Computer Professionals Registration Council of Nigeria (CPN), Bolaji is passionate about leveraging technology to empower teams, transform operations, and create lasting business value.

Otse is a seasoned operations and administration leader with over a decade of experience delivering high-impact outcomes across procurement, supply chain management, programme implementation, and institutional governance. He brings a strong track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives across development, public, and private sector environments, with a focus on operational excellence, efficiency, and strategic value creation.

He holds a Master’s degree in Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, supported by a suite of professional certifications and memberships, including the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS, UK) and the Chartered Institute of Administration (CIA). His professional development includes specialized training in ethical procurement, supply chain systems, and the digitalization of humanitarian and social assistance programmes, positioning him at the intersection of operations, technology, and development programming.

Otse has delivered measurable impact through transformative initiatives, including serving as Manager for pioneering projects such as Cash Transfer Programming (CTP) in Nigeria and the integration of Mobile Money Technology into Economic Security (EcoSec) and livelihood programmes. He also led the implementation of large-scale Social Protection programmes through the National Cash Transfer Office (NCTO), consequently enhancing financial inclusion for vulnerable populations. In addition, he has served as an Oil and Gas Accounting Consultant to the Nigeria Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (NEITI). He also operates as a procurement consultant, advising on strategic sourcing, contract management, and governance frameworks across diverse sectors.

He currently serves as the Administration Manager at Sahel Consulting, where he provides enterprise-wide leadership in policy development, implementing strong compliance frameworks, governance structures, strategic operational execution, and the establishment of top-tier procurement, administrative, and logistics systems. His responsibilities also include coordinating integrated project management support services to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant delivery across all programme/ project portfolios, while strengthening organizational resilience and operational excellence at scale.

Nyabiyadaticha Philemon Kadala is a Gender Justice and Social Inclusion Leader driving institutional and policy change, with over ten years of experience advancing human rights, gender equality, and women’s empowerment across humanitarian and development contexts in Nigeria. Her work is grounded in the conviction that equity is not an add-on, but the foundation of sustainable systems. She brings both passion and precision to her practice, combining feminist values with rigorous programme and policy expertise.

She has worked extensively across emergency and development settings with organisations including Save the Children, Plan International, INTERSOS, and International Medical Corps, leading initiatives on gender equality, disability inclusion, GBV prevention and response, safeguarding, and child protection. From frontline engagement with women, girls, men, and boys in conflict-affected communities to senior technical leadership and policy influence, Nyabiyadaticha is known for challenging harmful power structures while building practical, people-centred, and rights-based solutions that institutions can sustain.

Currently, Nyabiyadaticha serves as a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Expert at Sahel Consulting, where she leads gender-transformative strategies across large-scale programmes and organisational systems. She works closely with public and private sector actors, donors, and communities to embed gender justice, women’s economic empowerment, and inclusive policy reform into decision-making and implementation processes. She is pursuing a PhD in Gender Studies and holds master’s degrees in Gender and Women’s Development Studies, International Affairs and Development, and international relations and Diplomacy, grounding her advocacy in both lived experience and strong analytical practice.

Mark has been working in the Human Resource Management space for 4 years. He has notable experience in Federal and State law Compliance, Human Resource Planning, Performance Management, Training, and Development.

At Sahel Consulting Agriculture and Nutrition Limited, Mark works as a Human Resource Analyst where he supports the Human Resource Initiatives, Systems, and Tactics of the organization.

Prior to joining Sahel Consulting, Mark worked with Diamond Bank PLC, Khuraira Cosmetics New York (USA), and Griot Studios Limited.

He holds a bachelor’s Degree in Library and Information Science from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, a Certificate in Interactive Media (with a focus on Game Design and Animation) and has attended several trainings hosted by the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management.

Tosin is a seasoned Finance professional with over seven years of progressive experience across the Telecommunications, Financial Services, and Consulting sectors. She currently serves as a Senior Finance Associate at Sahel Consulting Agriculture and Nutrition Limited, where she supports the accounts team in delivering core finance functions, including financial reporting, payables management, and liquidity management.

Prior to joining Sahel Consulting, Tosin worked with one of Nigeria’s leading telecommunications companies, where she managed end-to-end accounts payable operations for over 500 internal and external vendors. She supervised foreign exchange (FX) transaction settlements, including e-Form M/A, Letters of Credit (LC), Bills for Collection (BC), and Certificates of Capital Importation (CCI). Tosin also liaised with key regulators such as the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) and the National Office for Technology Acquisition and Promotion (NOTAP) to secure necessary payment approvals. She led vendor reconciliation efforts and ensured accurate monthly balance sheet reconciliations with strong audit documentation.

Tosin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), and also holds a Diploma in International Financial Reporting from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Anthony Joseph is the Administrative Associate at Sahel Consulting Agriculture and Nutrition Limited. He plays a key role in ensuring smooth administrative operations, logistics coordination, and vendor management to support the company’s various projects.

With a strong administration and organizational efficiency background, Anthony is committed to enhancing operational effectiveness and fostering seamless collaboration across teams.

Flora brings a dynamic blend of expertise and innovation to the field. She serves as a Human Resources Officer at Sahel Consulting and has spearheaded numerous initiatives to optimize organizational efficiency and foster a culture of excellence.

At Sahel Consulting, Flora has excelled in various aspects of HR management, including recruitment, Onboarding, and employee engagement.

Prior to her role at Sahel Consulting, Flora served as a Human Resources Officer at Propylene Ventures and Investment Limited, where she demonstrated expertise in recruitment, compensation, and talent development. She played a pivotal role in streamlining recruitment processes, resulting in a 20% reduction in time-to-fill crucial roles. She also ensured 100% compliance with relevant regulations, minimizing legal risks and fostering a secure work environment. Before joining Propylene Ventures and Investment Limited, she served as a Human Resources Officer at Celcic Limited, where she enhanced organizational success through targeted marketing strategies and streamlined HR processes to improve workflow and productivity metrics.

Flora holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from Crawford University in Nigeria. She is passionate about leveraging her expertise to drive organizational growth and cultivate a positive work culture.

Olayemi Salako is an administrative enthusiast who is passionate about management development and growth. Currently, he works as an administrative officer at Sahel Consulting Agriculture and Nutrition Limited. Olayemi has proven his ability to work in complex, diverse team structures, carry out multiple tasks, and work with high autonomy. He is committed to youth development, capacity building, and high leadership skills. Olayemi possesses excellent skills in cross-cultural relations, crisis management, and team building. He excels in effective communication skills, presentation skills, public speaking, management, and digital marketing.
