We launched the “Project Green Earth” at Junior Secondary School, Jabi, Abuja. We teamed up with the Greener Cities Collective—Ekondo, Eden Botanical Garden, and Sanctuaries of Nature for this impactful initiative.
The event commenced with a vision-sharing session, highlighting our commitment to promoting sustainable practices and environmental responsibility.
Students engaged in theoretical sessions on the value of plants and trees and their roles as environmental stewards. This was followed by hands-on experience on proper planting techniques.
Other activities included kerb painting, which allowed students to express their connection to nature through art. These activities were designed to instill a lifelong appreciation for the environment and encourage sustainable practices within their communities.
