Sahel Consulting is seeking to engage a service provider to provide a mobile training service on good dairy farming practices, nutrition education and financial literacy to integrated farmers through the interactive voice response (IVR) system as part of its training and extension service intervention. IVR is an automated telephone system technology that interacts with the callers, provides, and gathers the required information and routes the calls to the appropriate recipient. IVR would be leveraged on ALDDN to train farmers remotely and provide them with ready access to refresher trainings. It will also enhance retention and training effectiveness.
