Clinton D. White is the President of Counselor Global Solutions (CGS), LLC, a premier strategic advisory firm dedicated to advancing social, environmental, and economic change. CGS specializes in Global Security, International Trade and Investment, and Entrepreneur Sustainability.

Previously, Mr. White served as the Counselor for the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). A distinguished executive and Senior Foreign Service Officer (FSO), he brings more than 25 years of experience in international development, U.S. foreign policy, and leadership within a national security agency with a $38+ billion portfolio spanning 90 countries.

Prior to his role as USAID’s highest-ranking FSO, Mr. White was the USAID Regional Representative for Barbados, beginning in September 2019. In this role, he oversaw a portfolio encompassing the Organization of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) and Barbados, Guyana, Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago, and the Bahamas.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business (Marketing) and a Master of Business Administration from the University of West Florida. Additionally, he pursued studies in Organizational Development and Leadership at the University of West Florida and Public Financial Management at Duke University.
