We collect the following personal information through our interactions with online users and farmers (through the traditional medium):

- Farm GPS location
- Other information peculiar to project surveys and studies undertaken by Sahel.
We collect farmers’ information via offline mediums like the use of custom surveys, key informants and focus group discussions. We do not intentionally collect or retrieve any personal sensitive information. We explicitly ask that you do not share such sensitive personal information with us.
Information and data collected via offline mediums are peculiar to the project/study for which the data is being collected. Hence, data collected therein are used with respect to such project/study and shared with project partners accordingly. In this case, information shared is collected with full consent from recipients and not traded for profits in any way to the best of our knowledge.

Children
Sahel understands the importance of protecting children’s privacy, especially online interactions. However, Sahel does not intentionally collect or keep the personal information of children under the age of 13.

Information lost or stolen in-between data transmission is completely out of our control and we take no liability for data lost or stolen to such malicious or unintentional activity.
