Whistleblowers may be Sahel Capital Agribusiness Managers Limited(“SCAML” or “Company”) employees, applicants for employment, portfolio companies, prospecting companies, vendors, contractors, customers or the general public. The whistleblower’s role is that of a reporting party. Whistleblowers are not, investigators or finders of fact, nor do they determine the appropriate corrective or remedial action that may be warranted.
