Through the Management Trainee Programme (MTP), Sahel Capital supports and strengthens the finance functions of its portfolio companies. Successful entrants into the MTP are engaged for a period of two (2) years and are expected to work with and rotate through a minimum of three portfolio companies before the end of the program. At the end of the program and subject to vacancies, they may be absorbed into a permanent role in Sahel or any of the portfolio companies.
Applicants to this program will typically have a minimum of two (2) years’ work experience in an accounting function
