This report was carried out as part of the implementation of the agricultural policy of ECOWAS, ECOWAP, and more specifically Component 1 and Activity 1.3 of Regional Action Plan 2020-2025, implemented by the ECOWAS Commission through GIZ. The results of this study were validated at a workshop held in Johnwood Hotel by Bolton, Abuja on the 18th of April 2023, which brought together the following partners: ECOWAS stakeholders in 15 member states/countries and regional partners.
